USA Student Visa Application Process:

Apply to an SEVP approved institution 6 to 12 months prior to your US study to get the approval. This approval is mandatory to get the I-20 or DS-160 which is later needed to apply for student visa.

Pay your SEVIS fee at least 3 days prior to submitting your US visa application. You may make the payment through online or a paper form. The information about them can be accessed through US Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) SEVP official website.

After receiving your SEVIS form and paying the SEVIS fee, you can book an appointment with a US consulate or embassy in your country for a US student visa application.

Pay the visa application fee. It is also known as the Machine Readable Visa Fee, or ‘MRV fee’.

Necessary documents and details needed to apply for DS-160 visa

  • Name and date of birth
  • Address and contact number
  • Passport details
  • Details of travel plans, and travel companions
  • Details of previous US travel
  • Your point of contact in the US
  • Family, work and education details
  • Security, background and medical health information
  • SEVIS ID and address of US school/program you intend to enroll in (as printed on I-20 or DS-2019 form)

Be at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time of your visa interview.

UK VISA Process:

Once you receive your CAS from the university you had applied to, you can apply for a student visa.

  • Determine the required visa-short term or Tier 4
  • You need to attend for a visa interview
  • Get your screening test done for Tuberculosis
  • If your stay in UK is for more than 6 months, you have to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge
  • Send in your biometric information after filling your visa application
  • The minimum visa processing time is 3 weeks, but it can be extended based on your application.

  • Valid passport
  • Have ( CAS ) confirmation of acceptance for the university you have applied to
  • Have 4 language skills ( test scores )(Reading, writing, speaking, understanding )

Australia Student Visa Application Process:

If you are planning to do a short term course of 6 to 12 weeks, you require a tourist visa. But for the courses of longer durations, you need an Australian Student Visa.

After getting selected by the University, you receive an offer of acceptance. You need to pay your tuition fee for the course.

Now, your Visa Process starts online after opening an account on the Australian Immigration Website.

All your documents should be in digital format to apply for a Sub class 500 Student Visa.

Fill your application form online mentioning your COE no and country code. Your application process may take up to 125 days. Therefore, you are advised to apply as early as possible.

Once your application process is finished, you need to pay the Visa fee of AUD 620 to get the TRN number.

In this step, you have to get your medical check- up done.

If you plan to study in Quebec, you will also need a Certificatd’acceptation du Québec, English and French translations of your document, a statement from the translator and a certified copy of the original documents

Proof of English language proficiency

Submit the proof of financial resources to support your studies in Canada (Tuition fees and Living expenses).

French Student Visa Process: (Step by Step)

French student visa process is quite easy. Let us guide you in simple steps.

  • You need to open Campus France account.
  • You have to fill the form and upload the required documents. Pay the required fee as well.
  • The University may either accept or reject your application, depending on your profile. If you are accepted, you will receive a mail to your Campus Account from the University
  • Campus France will assign an academic interview appointment date.
  • You have to attend the Visa interview in person with all the necessary documents.
  • You will be given the interview completion certificate.
  • Open an account for a meeting with the VFS-France to submit all the documents.
  • You have to go to VFS Centre to give your biometric details to get your Visa approved.
  • Find a suitable accommodation before flying to your dream city in France.
  • Your Visa will be validated within three months after you arrive in France.
