Education System in Germany:

The higher education is provided by numerous universities in Germany.These university degrees are valued globally. There are three types of degrees offered in Germany.

Bachelor's Degree:

Bachelor's degree is awarded after 6 to 8 semesters which can be completed in 3-4 years.

Master’s Degree:

The Master’s title is generally given after studying 2 to 4 semesters in 1 to 2 years. .

PhD: A doctoral degree is awarded after testing the student’s ability to carry out extensive research in his subject. They have to go through a written and an oral exam. There is no time-frame for a doctoral degree. However, most students complete their dissertations within two to five years.

Besides, in some of the industries the working hours have been reduced to 35 hours/week.

The German University admission process is made simpler for you. A step by step procedure is given below.

  • Decide a course and then find the best university for that course.
  • Check your eligibility.
  • Learn German language
  • Apply to the university through Uni Assist Portal or directly via the University website.
  • Make sure your application fee is paid.
  • Arrange funds to pay your tuition fee and living expenses in Germany.
  • After receiving the acceptance letter from the University, apply for a student Visa.
  • Search for comfortable accommodation and plan your travel to Germany.

VISA PROCESS (Step by Step)

German embassy in your country is entitled to receive the applications and issue visas for the eligible students. The step by step visa process is given below:

After getting the acceptance letter from the university, open your blocked account to inform that you are ready to meet your living expenses.

You need biometric photo requirements.

Submit the filled and signed application along with other required documents.

Get an appointment for your visa interview.

Pay the visa fee through a demand draft.
